Ultimate frisbee

We played ultimate frisbee on Thursdays June 6, It was choice that day. I had a lot of fun and the teams have so many people in it so it got even more fun. That day I ran around a lot and try my hardest to score a goal and I did score 3 goals. :) 
ultimate frisbee is probably one of my favorite sports its super fun until someone accidentally hit you in the face with a frisbee...but I was okay 2 mins later 👍 it wasn't that painfull. Everyone on the field that day were all very competitive and a good sport. They all tried very hard like I did. So here's are some picture Danielle took of us when she couldn't play because she hurt her leg. 




Year end final blog post

 I have been trying my hardest in each and every class giving 100% , I think I deserve an (A) because i am always participating with a smile on my face and ready to go ! I always show up on time and am prepared with my gym strip and with a great attitude. I try even harder in fitness this semester. I also have tried to get many digital evidence as I could to proof, and I did. 

As you see, my fitness skills have improve this semester. I use to not know how to keep up with pacing and running. 
I used to get so tired so easily because I didn't know how to keep in pace. Now i can finally run a whole 30 mins :). 

This term my goals was to get more fit, and tried to keep in pace and try even harder in gym class. I completed my goals this term by participating in every gym class, and I don't waste time when I'm in the weight room so I can get things done for my work out list. 

During this year I ate a lot more healthier 
Food and try to gain a little bit more weight because my mom said that I'm too skinny so it worked I am now at 90p.

In the summer I got a lot of dance events coming up and dancing for me is exercise. :) dancing is fun and you can also exercise without even knowing it. When I practice my dance I sometimes sweat on my face because I try so hard to do my best and I'm also the lead in my dance team/group too. So I'm exercising in the summer by dancing. It will also help me stay fit over the summer break. :D
 
I think I deserve an (A) this year for trying my hardest in gym and achieving my goal .


Last Friday night

Last Friday night I was performing at the night market. I do Thai dramatic art dance out side of school. I do it for fun and to show other culture about Thai dance, arts, and our background. My mom and her friends made a Thai dance group to show our culture. I join this dance group scene I was 12 years old but I have been dancing for six years. The performance on Friday went really well and perfect. :)

Weight room workout with Danielle

This is me and Danielle in the weight room practicing our balance and passing a medicine ball at the same time. It is one of the exercise we looked up on the internet, it helps us get fiter and stronger at balancing and dancing. Our goal was to get more fit and to be a stronger dancer. Me and Danielle were able to compelet our goals that day. :)


This is me on the Elliptical trainer, I was at 130 heart beats per minute. I looked on the inernet and it said that the elliptical trainer would help me get more fit so i decided to go on here for 5 mins. This exercise was one of the exercise i had to do to compelet my goals.

This is the recording sheet for the workout that me and danielle did, we were able to reach our goals that day. I was happy that i was able to do all these exercise in one class. Danielle was a great partner.

Hind and seek on May.15th

This is a picture of me playing hide and seek tag in gym class. Today was a nice and sunny day so we decided to go outside to play hide and seek tag. it was danielle's idea of playing hide and seek tag outside. me, danielle and neelam decided to stay together and we got very competitive. we ran through the forest and moved around a lot. we end up getting stunged by some stinging nettle but on the possitive side we never got caught! :D neelam and danielle was very good at this game and i was so happy and proud of all of us. i cant believe we went through all of that but it was super fun! :D

Midterm #3

This term I have been doing the same as the beginning of the year. I have tried to run the pond run with out stoping when we were suppose to run. I also tried to keep in pace while I'm doing the community run. When I came back from spring break I actually loose weight because I have been practicing Thai dance, and going to the park to with my family. I think I deserve an A this term because I been doing the same as the beginning of the year.

Me in fitness

This is me in fitness
In fitness we were doing the A & B partner. I was partners with navdeep and I helped her and push her to do her best. She also helped me do my best as well. I like the A&B partner fitness because you don't have to do the whole exercise the whole time,you kept switching with your partner so you wouldn't get tired too fast, and I was able to do the whole fitness the whole time without sitting out.






Active learning Interim report

I think I deserve a G so far this term. Because I come to gym class prepared all the time, I try and participate in gym. I try to turn my face red but it didn't turn out red, but I was feeling my face burning hot and sweating in fitness.

Active Learning post

Gym class is probably one of my favorite class and one of the most healthy class I have this year.so far this year I have been trying my hardest in gym than last year and I have been doing more healthy stuff in gym than outside of school because I'm not an outdoor person and I'm not that sporty like other kids in my gym class, that's why I think trying my best in gym class is a good thing it helps me become more healthy because I don't play sports outside of school. During active learning this year I have shown that I am prepared and willing to participate in a variety of activities by coming to gym class with proper gym strip on and I'm participate in variety of activities by never sitting out and always doing what I should be doing in gym, and trying to get better at the stuff we been doing in gym. I have been participating in gym class and always trying to show my best effort as I say if I
Don't do healthy stuff in my gym class than I can't become healthy because I don't do sport outside of school. So I have to try my best in fitness or choice.
Fitness have been a struggle with me sometime because sometimes I get super tired and wanted to give up but with my friends help, she kept telling me positive stuff and tell me to keep going and not gave up and say that I'm almost there and I can't have up now. I have been bringing positive attitude to my gym class because I'm always happy and nice to people and don't bring people down :) I'm alway nice to people around me and people in my gym class even know if I suck at choice or who ever suck I just cheer them on and don't let them down. For My participation during fitness I have been trying to push my self and not giving up so I can be healthier but when I get really tired I slow down a bit and make sure I'm not going too fast and not getting too dizzy.
I enjoy running out side of school on fitness day when it's sunny out because it doesn't get too hot when I do fitness.
My fitness goal for the rest of the year is to not go too fast or too slow will I'm doing fitness I always wanna try to keep going in pace. Leadership to me means the people or person who leads to the right way to success like u show a leader in you and never giving up. I think Danielle is one of my leader in my class because she's never giving up and she try's really hard and she kept going and I never seen her giving up in fitness. Outside of school I mostly eat thai food a lot because my mom always makes them and I love them and I don't really eat much junk food anymore because there not good for me.
I think I deserve a "B" in gym.
