This is me and Danielle in the weight room practicing our balance and passing a medicine ball at the same time. It is one of the exercise we looked up on the internet, it helps us get fiter and stronger at balancing and dancing. Our goal was to get more fit and to be a stronger dancer. Me and Danielle were able to compelet our goals that day. :)
This is me on the Elliptical trainer, I was at 130 heart beats per minute. I looked on the inernet and it said that the elliptical trainer would help me get more fit so i decided to go on here for 5 mins. This exercise was one of the exercise i had to do to compelet my goals.
This is the recording sheet for the workout that me and danielle did, we were able to reach our goals that day. I was happy that i was able to do all these exercise in one class. Danielle was a great partner.

ReplyDeleteThis is a very detailed post, and it's great that it contains the proof that you've been trying your best at Active Learning. I also like how you go online to search for possible activities that you could do in the weight room. 130 BPM is pretty good, and I challenge you to go for 145 BPM lol. Overall, you did a magnificent job, I'd give this post 10/10 :) (Y)
