Gym class is probably one of my favorite class and one of the most healthy class I have this year.so far this year I have been trying my hardest in gym than last year and I have been doing more healthy stuff in gym than outside of school because I'm not an outdoor person and I'm not that sporty like other kids in my gym class, that's why I think trying my best in gym class is a good thing it helps me become more healthy because I don't play sports outside of school. During active learning this year I have shown that I am prepared and willing to participate in a variety of activities by coming to gym class with proper gym strip on and I'm participate in variety of activities by never sitting out and always doing what I should be doing in gym, and trying to get better at the stuff we been doing in gym. Don't do healthy stuff in my gym class than I can't become healthy because I don't do sport outside of school. So I have to try my best in fitness or choice.
Fitness have been a struggle with me sometime because sometimes I get super tired and wanted to give up but with my friends help, she kept telling me positive stuff and tell me to keep going and not gave up and say that I'm almost there and I can't have up now. I have been bringing positive attitude to my gym class because I'm always happy and nice to people and don't bring people down :) I'm alway nice to people around me and people in my gym class even know if I suck at choice or who ever suck I just cheer them on and don't let them down. For My participation during fitness I have been trying to push my self and not giving up so I can be healthier but when I get really tired I slow down a bit and make sure I'm not going too fast and not getting too dizzy.
I enjoy running out side of school on fitness day when it's sunny out because it doesn't get too hot when I do fitness.
My fitness goal for the rest of the year is to not go too fast or too slow will I'm doing fitness I always wanna try to keep going in pace. Leadership to me means the people or person who leads to the right way to success like u show a leader in you and never giving up. I think Danielle is one of my leader in my class because she's never giving up and she try's really hard and she kept going and I never seen her giving up in fitness. Outside of school I mostly eat thai food a lot because my mom always makes them and I love them and I don't really eat much junk food anymore because there not good for me.
I think I deserve a "B" in gym.

ReplyDeleteKate you are fantastic in class. I love your effort and you are always smiling. Several of your peers have commented on how much you motivate them. I am happy to hear you are learning to understand your body and how to pace a distance run. I look forward to seeing your red face after fitness in the second semester. :)
